Adding a Price Class

1. When you first enter the Price Class option a Select An Option window will appear with the following options:

• EXIT – Select EXIT to exit and return to the Sales menu.
• ADD – Select ADD to add a new price class.
• PRINT LIST – Select PRINT LIST to print a list of all price classes.
• A list of previously defined price classes.

Select ADD.

2. Assign the Price Class a two digit ID code (can be alphanumeric).

3. Enter a name or description (can be up to 30 characters long) to be associated with the price class.

4. A Select A Price window will appear allowing you to choose from one of eight base price classes. Scroll to the base price you would like and press Enter to select it.

5. Command options will appear; select Add.

6. You will be positioned in the Pricing Class field again in order to make another price class code. Press Enter to exit.
